Here at USB2U, we hope that our strict proofing process and QA policies mean that you never have to return anything to us. However, from time to time things can go wrong. If there is an issue with your order or if you have a faulty unit, you are covered by a warranty (10 years for USBs, 2 years for power banks, 1 year for other tech gifts) and we will make sure we get any faulty items replaced for you as soon as the items are returned. Simply email your account manager firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue and we will get back to you with instructions on our replacement process.
