General Questions

• How long will my order take to be delivered?

 All orders are different and some can take longer than others but we aim for a 3 week standard delivery time. Please contact us if you require a specific delivery date.

• Can I make changes to my order?

 You can make changes up until you approve the on screen visual, once approved your order will be in production and cannot be ammended.

• Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?

Currently on our online shop we cannot accept international orders but get in touch on our main website and we will be more than happy to help.

• How much is delivery?

We charge £10 delivery via UPS/DPD for orders under £100 and free UK delivery on orders over £100. We also offer a cheaper delivery option for orders under £75 via Royal Mail 1st class for just £4. You pick your preferred delivery method at checkout. 

• Are your USBs 2.0 or 3.0? 

All of our USB sticks for photographers feature a superior UDP USB 3.0 chipset, which are the latest technology in USB sticks.

• Do you sell 64GB or 128GB?

We can supply larger memory sizes, these do require a custom quote so please fill out our enquiry form here.

• Can I place a larger order than 50?

For orders with the quantity over 50 please get in touch with us so we can supply you with the best price.

• What does the From price mean?

The 'from' price on the all products page is the cheapest price per unit that you can get that bundle at.
